Stratusi developed, hosts and maintains HJ SmartShare, which is the first ever technology-based product for Herff Jones. SmartShare features QR codes integrated into graduation announcements, which allow students and parents to upload and manage multiple personalized video greetings to include with the announcements.

SmartShare includes packages of QR codes, in sets of 10 or 25, which allow different videos to be correlated to each individual QR code, so videos can be tailored to each individual recipient. The mobile-friendly website allows users to scan codes with their smartphone camera, and record and upload videos directly from the phone. SmartShare was featured on the cover of Herff Jones 2021 graduation product catalog.

Stratusi designed, developed, hosts and maintains a web portal and data warehouse used by hundreds of orthopaedic practices and thousands of physicians located throughout the United States. The Empower Platform includes powerful tools for collecting information from providers and their patients via patient satisfaction and outcome surveys, quality data for submission to the MIPS program at CMS, and benchmarking capabilities to allow providers to gain insight into how they perform against their peers in terms of both revenue, costs, and patient care.

The Empower Platform currently has direct integrations with over a dozen EHR/EMR and Practice Management vendor systems allowing direct HL7 connections to real-time patient appointment schedules. Features of Empower have allowed AAOE to bring these tools to their member practices as part of their membership, saving practices hundreds of thousand of dollars each year.

Stratusi developed, hosts and maintains a web portal and Microsoft Dynamics 365 system used by commercial purchasers of soybeans in the state of Indiana. USDA regulations require that the number of bushels purchased, and the market rate paid must be reported to states on a quarterly basis. Fees on each bushel are used to promote agricultural research, education, and marketing. Our portal replaced paper submission of quarterly forms, automatically calculates the fees and any penalties, and allows submissions to be paid online.

The system also includes a sophisticated 10-stage automated workflow in Dynamics 365 that handles the collections process in the event quarterly reports are not submitted. This 120-day workflow includes automatically sending email reminders, warnings, collection letters, and finally a referral to the national United Soybean Board if collection attempts go unanswered.
